Forearm and Wrist Release

Hello everyone! It's been a very intense couple of days here in New York. The reality of Covid-19 and the necessity of Shelter-in-Place has hit very clearly and forcefully. We're feeling deep gratitude for our essential workers and all those who are able to stay home and take themselves out of the contagion equation as much as possible. We are also needing to be in touch electronically more than ever before. Between working from home, contacting loved ones, remote-educating our kids, and staying informed, our thumbs, wrists, and forearms are getting the workout of their lives. This series is for easing tension in the forearm and wrist. No matter where we are and what we are doing, I know we all need that right now.
