Jaw Tension Be Gone

If your jaw is not a little, or a lot, extra tense right now I salute you and I hope you can share your secret with the rest of us! In the meantime, I'm here to share my secrets with the rest of you as the stress and uncertainty of these times is absolutely sitting in my jaw and the jaws of many people to whom I've spoken. Do as much or as little of this series as is comfortable for you at the outset. It truly truly helps. I recommend doing this before bed if you are a nighttime tooth grinder/jaw clencher. Please remember to thoroughly wash your hands before touching your face!
