Friends, get ready for my funniest angled video to date. My makeshift system is up and running well enough to get you a video, and one that I'm sure many of you need: releasing low back and sacroiliac tension.
You might want to have a yoga strap (or belt/scarf/tie), a chair, and a foam roller on hand but most of this video requires no props at all.
